Plain Foccacia (bottom)
Chipotle Mayo (a mix of jalapenos, sour cream, and mayo.)
Smoked pulled chicken breast
Chopped Basil
Tomatos
Red Onions
Sliced Mozzarella
Bread.
Steamed and grilled.
I don't think you will be able to make it at home. Just go to Panera and get it!

panera sells the round loaf that it comes on. buy chicken scallopini anf satuee it in some butter, and lightly grill some red onion rings. I am not sure what kind of sauce it comes with, i believe regular cranberry sauce and some mayo? and a thin slice of tomato with sliced provelone cheese- grilled all together
