PLEASE, GRILLED CHICKEN ONLYGood, easy grilled chicken recipe?
Here are some recipes for you to try easy and delicious. I hope you enjoy them.

Asian Barbeque Chicken

Ingredients:

1 cup low salt soy sauce

1 cup lemon juice

1 cup lime juice

ginger to taste

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cut up whole chickens

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, liquids %26amp; spices first, and then marinate chicken for 1 hour- do not let marinate longer, this is a very strong marinade. Grill Chicken over coals. Serves 8.

Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken

Boneless chicken breasts can get dry on the grill. For tender, juicy meat, grill yours quickly over high heat, then brush them with a honey-mustard mixture. Sprinkle toasted almonds on top for added crunch. Toast the almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat, shaking occasionally, until golden, about 5 minutes. This recipe can also be made in a grill pan over high heat.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds), pounded 1/2 inch thick

Salt and pepper

1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Preparation:

Combine mustard, honey, and cayenne in bowl. Transfer 1/2 cup mustard mixture to separate bowl and stir in sour cream and tarragon; set aside.

Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Grill over hot fire until cooked through, 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to platter, brush with remaining mustard mixture, and sprinkle with almonds. Serve, passing sour cream mixture separately. Serves 4.

Spicy Chicken Kebabs

Here is a recipe that will work beautifully with any medium-dark meat, not only chicken thighs, but cubed turkey thighs, pork and even sturdy fish such as swordfish or salmon.

Ingredients:

1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels

Minced zest and juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon peanut oil or other oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons minced cilantro leaves, plus a bit more for garnish

1/4 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

Salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cut the chicken thighs into 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes. Mix it together with all other ingredients and marinate, if you have the time, in a large dish or bowl in your refrigerator for 1 to 24 hours.

Start a charcoal or wood fire, or preheat a gas grill or broiler; the fire should be moderately hot. Remove the chicken from the marinade and boil the marinade for one minute. Thread the meat onto skewers and grill or broil about 4 inches from the heat source, basting the sauce and turning every 2 to 3 minutes, until browned all over and cooked through (remove a piece and cut it in half to check), a total of 8 to 12 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve. Serves 4.

Variations:

Chicken Kebabs in Yogurt-Cumin Sauce:

Replace the marinade with 1 cup yogurt; 1 medium onion, minced; 1 tablespoon minced garlic, the minced zest and juice of 1 lime; 1 tablespoon ground cumin; 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste; 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander; 1 teaspoon paprika; and salt and pepper to taste. Proceed.

Chicken Kebabs with Citrus:

Replace the marinade with 2 tablespoons soy sauce; 1 tablespoon peanut or other oil; the minced zest and juice of 1 medium orange, 1 lemon, and 1 lime; 1 tablespoon peeled and minced ginger; 1 tablespoon honey; 1 small onion, minced; and salt and pepper to taste.Good, easy grilled chicken recipe?

Makes 4 servings.
3-4 chicken breasts, packet of italian seasoning, 1/4 C lemon juice, 1 T soy sauce. Mix all ingredients well and let it marinate in refrigerator for 2 days. Throw on grill and enjoy.

Jerk seasoning works wonderfully too. Pick up a jar of Boston jerk seasoning paste, but use only a bit because it's really spicy. It also has a hint of cloves.
Easy enough, boil chicken til either light pink in the middle, or totally done. That way all u need to do on the grill is add topping, and cook it on the grill til desired look. It keeps the juices on the inside from boiling too. I do this at all my grillin parties, saves time.. u can boil the chicken a day or two b4, then put it on the grill cook for 10min. or so, add toppings and so on...bbq, sweet and sour, cajun, alot of recipes on recipes.com. just input what you think u would like, and it will come up!! Happy Grillin!!!

Honey Mustard

grill the chicken breasts until they're fully cooked, then brush on some honey mustard, salt and pepper to taste, and voila!

Leftovers are great with toasted french bread, dill cream cheese spread (make it yourself) and romaine lettuce.
the Italian dressing as a marinade is good. I also like teriyaki basting and marinade and serve with rice.
Marinate it in Wish Bone Italian dressing for a few hours, then grill it!
