hey! um,flour, spices, etc. Can some one give me and easy recipe for a batter for chicken nuggets?
Whisk some eggs together. Have a bowl of flour a bowl for the eggs and a bowl for Seasoned bread crumbs. I like the ones with Parmesan in them.

Dust them with the flour then the eggs and then the bread crumbs and fry them up.

Make a cranberry dipping sauce for them as well.

Cranberry Dip

1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce

1/4 c. sour cream

1 tsp. horseradish

Mix all together and serve with turkey nuggets.
1 plain flour

2 Tablespoons. cornflour (cornstarch)

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

Dash of cayenne.

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 cup of water

Sift dry ingredients together. Make a well and add water and mix into a smooth batter. Refrigerate mixture for 20Min's before using to coat chicken.
Are you making it with raw or cooked turkey. It will be best with raw.

I do a flour breading. I dip in cold water-flour, water flour. Then fry in 350 degree oil for 15 minutes (if using raw), about 5 if using cooked.

My flour recipe is

8 cups flour

2 tbsp onion powder

2 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp white pepper

2 tbsp regular salt

2 tbsp celery salt

Mix well and use as a dipping flour for chicken, chicken strips, chicken fried steaks, onion rings etc....
Season a flour/cornmeal mixture with chili and garlic and onion powder, dip turkey in egg and then flour mixture and fry. The cornmeal will give it a little crispiness! You probably don't even have to use the egg if you don't want.
If you have a box of bisquick there is a recipe right there. Or you can dip them in egg then flour then egg again and finally bread crumbs. You can also do that with string cheese to make mozz sticks and they are sooo yummy.
