I have a screaming baby, a messy house, and potatoes with onions and butter in the oven cooking. I need a recipe for fried chicken (kinda like KFC) All I have is bread crumbs, flour, eggs, salt, pepper, boneless skinless chicken breasts. Please help!Help me QUICK! INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons garlic powder, or to taste

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin

1 cup oil for frying, or as needed

DIRECTIONS

In a shallow dish, mix together the garlic powder, pepper, salt, paprika, bread crumbs and flour. In a separate dish, whisk together the milk and egg.

Heat the oil in an electric skillet set to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Dip the chicken into the egg and milk, then dredge in the dry ingredients until evenly coated.

Fry chicken in the hot oil for about 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from the oil with a slotted spatula, and serve.Help me QUICK! I need a recipe for fried chicken!?
Wet or egg wash (half beaten egg, half water or milk) the chicken. Dredge it through either a mixture of flour salt and pepper or bread crumbs salt and pepper - KFC is more like flour. Dip in the egg mixture again and dredge again. Fry in hot fat or oil. After setting up it should take a few minutes to dredge and fry a few pounds..
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (halves)

3 large eggs, beaten

1 cup Parmesan cheese(optional)

1 cup fine dry Italian bread crumbs or you can use flour (season the flour with salt pepper garlic powder and onion powder and parmesan cheese)

1/4 cup butter

PREPARATION:

Wash chicken and pat dry. Dip chicken into eggs. Coat chicken thoroughly with crumb or flour mixture. Place on greased baking sheet and

place pats of butter on each piece of chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes./you can also deep fry in hot oil
My family's southern fried chicken recipe.

Rinse the chicken in water before you do anythin.

Put the flour in a bowl or bag with the pepper, paprika, salt. (and the bread crumbs if you want but that ain't how we make it.) Next put about 3 eggs into a bowl with roughly half a cup a milk, pepper and paprika. Mix with a fork. Then drudge the chicken in the flour FIRST, then dip in the egg/milk mixture then back into the flour. Fry the chicken in a cast iron pan with oil. To make sure the oil is hot enough to put the chicken in, you take a pinch of the leftover flour and toss it in the oil (which should be about 1 1/2 inches deep) If the flour floats straight to the top of the oil than go ahead and put the chicken in. Cook em on each side about 20 minutes. Oh and if ya got a bit of hot sauce like tobasco or somethin and ya can take it, throw in a bit that. My daddy's from louisiana and he just he loves it that way.
William Sonoma is the best source I know...
