Can any one of u giv me a simple recipe that uses chicken mince and mixed frozen veggies?

and how do u thaw mincemeat that's too mushy which u get packed in a cylindrical packing (exspecially in the middle east)Can any one of u giv me a simple recipe that uses chicken mince and mixed frozen veggies?

i hope you like chicken fried rice, because you have 2 ingrediants know all you need is 2 eggs scrambled tilbrown on both sides sliced thinly, soy sauce and bouillion cubes crushed (2) mix the soy sauce and the crushed cubes together.peapods,red bell peppers sliced and seeds removed,2 table spons of vegetable cooking oil


Sautee eggs first, than chicken ,and than vegetables.Than mix everything together and heat everything through(all on medium high in a wok, or a non stick skillet...I use whatever amount of soy sauce that i feel tastes good so...you need to do the same......Also chop up 8 scallions(you need to trim them,also) and mix them in your mixture last.....It is delicious, I hope you like

place all ingredients in a large bake pan season with your favorite seasonings place in the oven at 350 and bake till the meat is done when i use diced chicken about 35 to 40 mins


to strain meat get some cloth mesh and suspend above a bowl
It wouldnt matter if its too musy for this recipe.......





first, brown the chicken meat in a tbs. of butter. after it browns.....mix veggies, chicken, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup shredded chedder cheese(sharp is best) together in a large bowl. Spread evenly in a casserole dish and top with crushed ritz crackers. It really good, and you can also add 1/2 cup sour cream to make it even creamier.





Bake for about 20 minutes on 425 or until crackers are golden brown.
