Hi I need to know how to make breaded chicken. I have bread crumbs and 2 chicken breasts. I prefer baked and i need to know times and temps also. Thank youBreaded baked chicken recipe?
make an egg wash which is egg and milk and salt and pepper mixed together. put the chicken in the egg wash and then roll it in bread crumbs. bake at 350 for one hour turning over after 30 minutes so both sides with be crusty. be sure to place it on a cooking pan or sheet that has been sprayed with pam or oil of some kind so it wont stick.Breaded baked chicken recipe?
Oven Fried Chicken
chicken breasts or thighs
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place flour in a shallow plate or bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the bread crumbs in another shallow plate or bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl.
Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs, until all pieces are coated. Pour the oil into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken to the dish and sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels. Enjoy!
Put the bread crumbs into a plastic bag with some seasoned salt, sea/Kosher salt, fresh ground pepper - and I like either oregano %26amp; basil, or chili powder %26amp; cumin (depending on the flavor you want). Then, either just wash the chicken breasts (or wash and dip into lightly beaten egg); then put them into the bag of crumbs and shake until they're coated. .... Spray a foil-lined baking pan (I use olive oil Pam) and bake at 375 for about 45 min-1 hour (depending how big). I flip them over after about 10 min (to get the bottoms crispy); then flip them back after another 10 min........If your grocery carries Dixie Fry (near the Shake %26amp; Bake), it's very good. It isn't ';crumbly'; and the baked crust puffs up like real fried chicken
350 for about 30 minutes for boneless - 45 for bone-in. Mix together a little milk and egg to make a wash, run the chicken through the egg wash and then dip in crumbs. Drizzle with butter and bake. You can season the egg wash with salt and pepper and spices if you like. Poke the chicken near the end of cooking time to be sure it is done, the juices should run clear.

2.) Pour 1 1/2 cups of olive oil in a bowl
3.) Pour 3/4 cups of bread crumbs in bowl
4.) Dip Chicken in the bowl of olive oil.
5.) Then dip chicken in bowl of bread crumbs until covered.
6.) Put chicken in oven and bake for about 10-15 min.
For my recipe needs i go to Foodnetwork.com just type in breaded chicken breast and something will pop up or quick and easy::: mix up some eggs and a splash of milk in a bowl in another blend your bread crumbs and whatever seasonings (or you can use a plastic bag to shake) then dip your chicken in the egg then in the bread crumbs till satisfied with coverage then put in the oven at 350 in a shallow baking pan for about an hour. depends frozen or thawed?
OVEN BAKED BREADED CHICKEN
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
Melt butter and oil; dip chicken in mixture, then dip into a mix of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano. Place on a tray, uncovered. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
I do it at 375 - 400. (depending on your oven). Spray a flat baking pan or cookie sheet - I use foil and then spray. Dip the breasts in egg mixed with a little milk first. Then shake in a bag of crumbs with pepper and salt.
At 25 min, turn them over and cook for another 25-30 min. I tend to tent foil over them for the first 20 min, but you don't have to.
well . . I usually cut the breasts into strips (usually about 4 per breast) rinse and dry the chicken, dip in egg, roll in breadcrumbs and bake about 35-45 min at 350
lightly dust w/ flour, dip in egg/ water mixture and roll in bread crumbs throughly covering. for boneless skinless chicken breast I would bake at 425 for 45 minutes
