I plan on making Chicken Breasts (bone-in skinless) chicken breasts for dinner, but I have no idea where to begin.
I usually pan fry boneless breasts, but my mom bought them bone in for some reason.
Any easy but delicious ideas?Need a good easy recipe for baked skinless Chicken Breasts (bone-in).?
FAVORITE OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN
4 skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lbs)
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 jar (26 ounces) marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400掳F.
Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coating well.
In a 13X9-inch glass baking dish, arrange chicken.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes. (See NOTE)
Pour the marinara sauce over chicken, then top with cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve if desired, with hot cooked pasta.
Makes 4 servings
SESAME BAKED CHICKEN
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash pepper
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. skinless chicken breasts, split
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 c. butter, melted
Combine dry ingredients. Pound chicken breasts until about 1/4 inch thick. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in flour mixture. Place chicken in large shallow baking dish. Pour melted butter evenly over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS
6 lg. skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. container sour cream
1/4 c. sherry or white wine
1 sm. can mushrooms, undrained
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. dill
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Mix last 6 ingredients together. Reserve 1/4 of the mixture. Pour over chicken and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Ingredients:

1 (24-30 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 red bell pepper, chopped
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper on plate. Place egg in small shallow bowl; beat well.
In 13x9'; glass baking dish, combine potatoes, soup, milk, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and red bell pepper; mix well. One at a time, dip the smooth side of a chicken breast in egg, then in bread crumb mixture to coat. Place, coated side up, on the potato mixture. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and potato mixture is bubbling and brown around the edges. Serves 6

Chicken:- Drums, Crispy Seasoned

4 Serves:
Ingredients
8 Tegel fresh or frozen chicken drums, thawed
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, oregano,
Thyme or parsley finely chopped
Finely grated zest of lemon
1 tsp salt
Ground pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180藲C.
Mix together breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, zest and seasoning and place in a flat dish.
In a separate dish, beat together egg, oil and Worcestershire sauce. Dip drumsticks into the egg mixture, shake off excess liquid, and then roll in the breadcrumb mix to coat.
Place crispy chicken drums in an oven pan and bake for 40 minutes or until chicken tests cooked when a sharp knife is inserted deep into the meat and the juices run clear.
Herb Roasted Chicken and Vegetables
1 (10.75 ounce) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves, crushed
4 medium potatoes, cut into quarters
2 cups fresh or frozen whole baby carrots
4 bone-in chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Mix soup, water, 1 teaspoon oregano, potatoes and carrots in shallow roasting pan.
Top with chicken. Sprinkle with remaining oregano and paprika.
Bake at 400 degrees F 50 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir vegetables.
Make soy sauce %26amp; brown sugar mix (liquid consistency, just enough to fill the bottom of the pan). Marinate for a couple hours. Then cook in the sauce. Sooo delicious.
**If you don't have time to marinate, it still has lots of flavor if you just cook %26amp; baste.
Just salt and pepper them, (we use lemon pepper or minced garlic). Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 min per pound of breasts. Then remove foil, brush with butter or margarine and turn oven up to 375 and let them brown off. Servie with flavored rice or a baker and salad, rolls. :)

Bake in slow oven 350 degrees for 1 hour
Or Crockpot 6 hours
