And people who can cook it.How do u fry it? Do u put it in a pot of oil and deep fry? Or do you fill a skillet with oil and fry it lightly??Can someone tell me the best fry chicken recipe?
Chicken legs or thighs only.


Soak in buttermilk overnight


Put flour, a handful of cornmeal, salt and pepper in a big plastic bag.


Have oil heated and ready.


Take chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture.


Fry until golden.


YUM, YUM, YUM- especially with homebaked macaroni and cheese and some greens done up.
