Chinese recipe, chicken-almost like a carcass?
I had a Chinese roommate once and he cooked me this chicken, it didn't have much meat on the bones, it was a whole chicken and was almost like a carcass, it was red it colour...anyway it was delicious and I really wanna cook it! Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
