Quick chicken marinade recipe please.?

Italian dressing is by far the most simple, and it does give the chicken good flavor but not overwhelming!Quick chicken marinade recipe please.?
Italian dressing. Yes, it CAN be that simple! I will boil my chicken (it makes it moist and guarantees it won't be raw when coming off the grill- the inside is done and the outside won't be charred!) and then marinate it in Italian Dressing (I usually use WishBone) for at least an hour. I then throw it on the grill, cooking until the outside is golden. People beg me for the recipe and never believe me when I tell them it is just italian dressing.Quick chicken marinade recipe please.?
you can use just about anything

italian salad dressing

or bbq sauce

or put a bit of brown sugar into a cup with some apple juice -stir then add *** the marinade in plastic ziplock bag

or pineapple and juices from pineapple

or make a dry seasoned rub and let it absorb that
Your favorite BBQ sauce mixed w/ any other spices you like (except maybe salt, because there's probably plenty in the sauce already). I like to add honey too if it's not a honey-BBQ. And you can add a little vinegar to make it soak in better.
My favorite is a product called Adolf's Garlic marinade. I use the variation recipe of adding orange juice instead of water. Adolf products are in a yellow package often by the meat departments.
Honey/sugar, soya sauce and a little oil.

Pureed apricots and garlic

Peanut butter mixed with oil and mint [ sounds wierd but a delicious paste] to spread over chicken
verry easy - shake up a bottle of itallian dressing and dump it on the chicken - verry tasty, i promise.

Also makes a great marinade for beef
Vinegar and oil. Quick and simple.

Mix one part vinegar (your choice) or lemon juice with 2 parts of oil. Add a little salt and pepper, some dried parley and rosemary (fresh is better).
