Keep it simple. using a lot of spices etc, takes away from the taco experience, which I find that what a lot of restaurants and people do. I usually just get a whole chicken-bones skin and all and boil it with salted water until done. The bones and skin give the chicken flavor. Then get all the meat off the bones and discard the skin. Shred chicken. Get YELLOW corn tortillas, the thin ones are specifically for frying tacos. If you can only get white, use those, but not as tasty. Fill center of tortilla with chicken and toothpick the ends together, place in a pan of hot oil and fry til tortillas crunchy, and TACOS!What's a good chicken taco recipe?
