Recipe for boneless skinless chicken?

Its mothers day and im cooking for my mom today, whats a recipe for boneless skinless chicken breast that can taste greatRecipe for boneless skinless chicken?
Ingredients';


1/2 boneless chicken breast half


1 tablespoon margarine


2 tablespoons minced onions


1 tablespoon minced celery


1 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in


1/2 cup water


1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing (the original in the blue package and not cubed)


salt and pepper


2 servings , 1 hour





Melt margarine in small pan, add onion and celery and saute lightly.


Add margarine mixture to stuffing mix and stir.


Add enough bouillion to make a moist mixture, blending well.


Trim chicken piece of fat and season with salt and pepper.


Place cut side up on flat surface and cover with stuffing mix.


Place on low rack in baking pan and cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.


Baste occasionally with remaining bouillion.Recipe for boneless skinless chicken?

my favorite.bake in oven at 375 for 20min then turn and cover with golden cream mushrom soup and bake 20 min.can also use reg cream mushrom soup.will melt in your mouth when done,and use soup from pan to cover mashed potatos.
This is a real simple and quick prep time recipe - but it tastes like you spent hours on it! :)





1 package of skinless, boneless chicken (4 breasts)


1 stick butter


4 pieces of swiss cheese


1 can cream of chicken soup


1 box of herb-flavored stuffing (I use Stove Top, but whatever will work)





Take a 9X9 baking dish or casserole dish and put the chicken in the dish. Put one piece of swiss cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Smear the soup on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the stuffing on top of the soup. Melt the butter and drizzle that on top of the stuffing. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes.
