Hi...Try this site.
Bourbon Chicken- Just Like The Mall ... Thank you for visiting our web site. Are you looking for the bourbon chicken recipe - just like ...www.bourbonchickenspices.com
Enjoy! :-)
bourbon chicken involves marineting chicken breast in a bowl of: two shots of bourbon, orange peel, paprika, light salt/pepper.
Let sit over night - - grill on a bbq.
Malaris's recipe is the the one you want to try first.Coulden't have done it better ! ( i use Single Highland Malt - wich is only a matter of taste ) Anyway it's gonna be a tender and flavourful meat.
Not to forget, a glas of a well chilled dry white wine ( Riesling for me ) would kompliment the chicken ! Enjoy !
I have a lot of bourbon here from once when I made it over the summer. Try www.allrecipes.com maybe they have one.
I don't recall where I got my recipe but it was just OK. I'm still looking for a better recipe!
Here ya go - hope this is it.
I've used this site before for getting recipes from different restaraunts I like.
