The recipe said to fry the chicken in oil and then take the oil out and add stock. I forgot to take the oil out and I added stock. Is there any way to make it taste less oily? I added vegetables but it doesn't totally help.Chicken Recipe Question?
not really. you will need to get the oil out. covering it up will still leave the texture there. if you got the time, take off the heat so the liquid does not move around from the heat. let the oil settle on the to surface and with a spoon, skim it out. you can get a good amount of it out that way.
you can also try using the corners of napkins to soak up the oil, but you might end up with more of the liquid.Chicken Recipe Question?
if the oil is floating on the top lie kitchen paper flat on it and it should soak up the oil
