Crush stuffing mix. Set aside.
Dip chicken strips or breasts into a egg and milk wash.
Then into the crushed stuffing. (can be double coated if you
want - really no necessary).
Place chicken on rack over a shallow pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake chicken 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken for additional 40-45 minutes.
Enjoy.
I mix 3 tblpns. honey, 1/2 cup mayo, 2tblspons mustard for a great dipping sauce.
I serve with fresh green salad. YumDoes anyone know the recipe for using stove top on baked chicken instead of bread crumbs????
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (enough to fill a 9';x13'; baking dish
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Swiss cheese slices
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 stick butter
Place chicken in 9';x13'; baking dish. Add mushroom soup (undiluted). Next place slices of Swiss cheese over chicken and soup. Take one box of Stove Top stuffing and mix the bread crumbs and seasonings package together in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Next melt the butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If it starts to get too brown, cover with aluminum foil.Does anyone know the recipe for using stove top on baked chicken instead of bread crumbs????
ya don't really need a recipe honey. Just crush them up real fine and dredge the chicken first in flour, then in egg, the in the crushed stuffing Awesome!
Just wing it.
yah
Yes, I just wash the chicken breasts and put into a 13X9 baking dish. Put a can of Cream of Chicken on top of the chicken. Then put the prepared Stove Top on top. (Just follow directions on Stove Top box.) Put in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. This is a great dinner, we eat this all the time.
Use boneless chicken breasts or tenders. Put some stuffing in a ziploc bag and crush it slightly. Pour it into a pie plate. Scoop out a can of cream of chicken soup into a bowl. Put the chicken into the bowl of soup to coat it. Put the chicken into the stuffing and coat it. Put the chicken into a baking dish and drizzle some melted butter over it. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
