clean some chicken breasts crack a couple eggs and get some of those old england spiced bread crumbs run the chicken through the eggs and bread them good, then put them on a plate and stick them in the fridge , this helps the breading stay on while frying. get a jar of you favorite sauce newmans own ragu old world style whatever floats the boat and mozzerela and parmesan cheese (i like fresh cheese but im picky) you don't sound so picky so get some oil in a pan vegetable whatever once the chickens been in the fridge for about and hour start frying those suckers up they dont have to be well done just nice and browned. once the chicken is done pull out a baking dish insert chicken cover in sauce and grate mozzerela then parmesan on top if you want to go all out some fresh or dried oregano and basil really finishes it of nice.---thats gonna cost you a piece of chicken please. joe'sgreenbunny---loves to cook
Joe forgot to tell you to bake the already fried chicken (covered in sauce and cheese) in a 350* oven for 30 minutes. You don't have to cover in sauce if you don't want to. You should cover in the cheese and heat the sauce for serving on the side. That way the crust on the chicken stays crispy and doesn't sog out. I like crisp breading on mine. I use the sauce for dipping.
