No carb chicken recipe?

am on the low carb diet i have two boneless skinless chicken breast i wana a recipe cause i kind got boared with the same chicken salad so any ideasNo carb chicken recipe?
Try cooking it in foil in the oven with some mushrooms and a little low fat yogurt or milk and some chopped onion or herbs


Try this option if you want something different - again the foil and some coconut milk (lite) with some sweet chilli sauce and chopped green onion


or squeeze some fresh lemon or lime juice over it - add sweet chilli sauce - cook in the foil or microwave in covered dish


Do layers of vegetables and chicken sliced and pour over some of some white wine and garlic and cook in same way

Low Carb Lemon Chicken





2 boneless chicken breasts


dash salt


dash pepper


1 teaspoons oil


1/4 cup chicken broth


1 teaspoon minced garlic


1 teaspoons lemon juice


1/2 teaspoon butter





Heat oil in a skillet. Add salt and pepper to the chicken to taste, and fry the breasts in the oil about 5 min per side. Put the chicken onto a plate. Now put the broth, garlic, lemon juice and butter into the pan and heat for 2 minutes. Add the chicken back in, flip, and serve.





This is GREAT with steamed broccoli!

Low Carb Garlic Chicken





3 teaspoons crushed garlic


1/2 cup olive oil


1/2 cup low carb breadcrumbs


1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


2 boneless skinless chicken breasts


dash salt


dash pepper


1/2 tsp oregano


1/2 tsp basil





Heat the oven to 425F. Put the garlic and olive oil into the microwave for 20 seconds. In another bowl blend the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and herbs. Dip each breast first into the garlic/oil and then into the breadcrumbs/cheese. Lay them into a baking pan. Cook for 1/2 hour.





This recipe goes perfectly with steamed broccoli as a side dish! The only real carbs are in the breadcrumbs and crushed garlic, so check your containers for the counts for the brand you use. It should be tiny amounts.





Remember - garlic isn't just good for keeping away vampires. It is really healthy for you! Find ways to work garlic into a meal at least once a week.

There are MANY tasty ways to grill a chicken. Here are three versions of grilled chicken which are perfect on their own and even better as a base for other recipes.





Start with 6 chicken breasts. Spray all 6 breasts with canola oil. Sprinkle 2 with a Cajun spice blend. Sprinkle 2 with a Jerk spice blend. Sprinkle the final 2 with a blend of chili powder, paprika and cumin. Respray all breasts with canola oil again to hold in the spice.





Fire up your grill to the maximum level and heat it up. Oil the grill surface so it doesn't stick to the meat. Put the breasts on the front of the grill, spice-side down. Now turn the front 2 burners off and leave on only the back burners, on low heat. This does a slow cook to the breasts.





Spice the top side of the breasts, oil them, and let them cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They will be REALLY juicy and flavorful. Figure out which spice combination appeals to you most, and use the chicken in a variety of recipes!






Marinade it in soycha and bake it.
