A good recipe for chicken. Low fat??

It's called steamed chicken: get a steamer pot, or a colendar in a pot and fresh/frozen.. whole or parts.. doesn't matter.

put 3 cups of water into the pot (lower than the catcher of the chicken) and 1/2 cup of soy sauce. Cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours on the stove on medium heat (KEEP AN EYE ON THE WATER LEVEL! I ruined a pot because of evaporation) When it's done, the steam will smell nasty, but the meat will be falling off he bone and the meat will be delicately salted from the sauce. I'd serve it over flavored rice of your choice. Or whatever you want to serve it with. Low fat to me. the fat would drip into the water.A good recipe for chicken. Low fat??

I love to dice boneless/skinless breast and saute them in olive oil and garlic, when the pink begins to disappear you can add in any veggies you like. I boil some pasta to just al dente, drain and add that right to the skillet. Heat and toss through.
Get a large piece of foil %26amp; spray with cooking oil.

Place chicken breast in the middle of the foil %26amp; season both sides(garlic, onion powder, lemon pepper %26amp; a dash of lemon juice) %26amp; poke a couple of slits.

Take the ends of the foil a fold in together, creating a tent.

Fold in the ends.

Place on the grill over a medium flame or in the oven @ 350 degrees with folded part up.

Cook for about 30-45 minutes.

Chicken comes out tender %26amp; not dried out; taste great with a salad.
