Baked Chicken Recipe?

Here's a list of what I have in the house.

Chicken broth, basil, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, garlic salt, brown sugar, milk, cheddar cheese, crackers, sea salt, salt, black pepper, oregano, raisins, mushrooms, jasmine rice, worcestershire sauce, unsalted butter, extra virgin olive oil, onion powder, regular sugar.

I want to try something new.Baked Chicken Recipe?
Here's what I would do just off the top of my head....

Melt the butter and cover the chicken in it (you can use a brush if you have one or just dip them).

Mix some parmesean cheese, basil, garlic powder, finely crumbled crackers, black pepper, oregano, maybe some onion powder. Roll your chicken in this mixture.

I'd say bake it at 375 or so for about an hour. Check it make sure its not pink inside, though.

Cook your jasmine rice and add anything above to it...chicken broth and mushrooms would go really well with the flavors of the chicken as well.

Raisins might be interesting in rice....not sure they would really go with everything else, though. I guess that's more like rice pudding. I've never used worcestershire sauce so I'm not really sure what kind of flavors this goes with....try it if you want though!!Baked Chicken Recipe?
ok this is going to sound really weird.... but here it goes

put your chicken broth in a container by itself so you can dip the chicken in it here in a second.

crush up your your crackers and put it in a seperate bowl from the broth. Then add a teaspoon of: garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder and basil and mix the ingredients. Now wash off your chicken and then dip it in the chicken broth then from the chicken broth to the cracker mixture and make sure it covers the entire thing. Do that to all of your chicken.

Then you put a little bit of broth in the bottom of a glass pan and put the chicken in there... then add the mozzeralla, parmesan and chedder cheese on top and put it in the oven for 350 until cooked all the way through.

While that is cooking take a table spoon of unsalted butter and let it melt then sautee your mushrooms. While the mushrooms and chicken is cooking make your rice. After the rice is done set it on a big plate put your cooked chicken on top of that and your mushrooms on top of the chicken.

I think that's pretty different... lol Hope you like it :)

Preheat oven to 350. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Wash chicken pieces and place in melted butter and sprinkle on both sides with garlic salt, pepper, onion powder. ( normally i would use mccormicks season all seasoning salt, and only that). Cover and bake chicken skin side up for 25 minutes, turn over and cook an additional 25-30 minutes depending on what size pieces you have.
