Best recipe for crispy chicken strips?

Something like this is comfort food. So serve it with comfort food. They would go well mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, salad, etc.

It is SUPER easy, and SUPER delicious! They turn out super crispy...And the coconut makes them all sweet and delicious! They are always a hit at my house, and then kids I babysit and cook these for love them, too!


As for a side, you could make a cesar salad, or some oven-roasted potatoes (which is what I make when I make that recipe)

Seasoned flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs. Shallow fry in vegetable or sunflower oil for a couple of minutes. Serve with salad, chips and BBQ sauce. Miss out the salad if you feel like being completely unhealthy!! xx
