Breaded Chicken Sandwich recipe/ideas?

I have left over breaded chicken and i was going to put it in a sandwich with some lettuce%26amp;tomato. Do you have any recipes or ideas as to what else to put in it, or what kind of dressing maybe to put on the bread?

Wow, so many ideas are coming to mind, so I'll try to list them all, from my top favs to just some ideas off the cuff:


Pepperoni, Marinara Sauce and Melted Mozzarella Cheese


Sliced Ham and swiss Cheese with Dijon Mayo sauce


Roasted Red Peppers and Smoked Mozzarella Cheese with Pesto Mayo


Sauteed Mushrooms, onions, peppers, marinara sauce and melted Mozz.


Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Chipotle Mayo


Banana Peppers, Cappicola, Thinly sliced Red Onion and Provolone with Horseradish Mayo


Thinly sliced tomato, lettuce, jalapenos, colby cheese, Mayo


Procuitto, Spinach, Red Peppers, Mozzarella Cheese
