Honey Barbecue Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

12 tablespoons barbecue sauce

6 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon chives

1. Boil the chicken in hot water for a few minutes before you place it on the grill. This will help make sure the insides are cooked before you finish it on the barbecue for the great grilled flavor.

2. Arrange the chicken breasts on the grill over medium heat. Generously baste them with barbecue sauce and honey, and sprinkle with the spices. Turn once while cooking and cook for four to five minutes on each side.

Marinated Chicken Breasts

Marinating meat helps it stay moist while cooking. This flavorful chicken is both quick and tasty.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup spicy mustard

2 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon tarragon

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1. Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken and mix well.

2. Roll the chicken in the marinade and thoroughly coat all sides. Refrigerate in a re-sealable bag or covered glass dish for fifteen minutes.

3. Grill over low to medium heat for fifteen minutes. Turn it once during cooking.

Chicken is one thing that can taste awful if it's not done well. However, you can successfully grill moist and tasty chicken dishes by following these simple recipes.

BBQ Chicken:

For 8 servings

Ingredients

2 cups ketchup

1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

4 tablespoons orange juice

2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (available in a small bottle in the spice isle at any grocery store)

1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

16 pieces of chicken (about 7 lbs) You can use all kinds, legs, drumsticks, thighs, bone in breasts. Don't use boneless breasts though, they dry up too much.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F or prepare a grill (brush the grill grate lightly with oil).

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except the chicken. Reserve 1/3 cup of the barbeque sauce; set aside. Add the chicken to the remaining sauce in the bowl, turning to coat.

Arrange the coated chicken in a roasting pan or on the grill. Cook (covered, if grilling) for 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked through, basting with the reserved 1/3 cup sauce after 20 minutes.

Serve with cole claw, potato salad, baked beans, green salad, corn on the cob- whatever you like!

If your going for healthy, get breast meat.

If your fine, then get drumstick.

Be sure to get a couple of chicken wings as well, they tast real good when barbequed.

For about 4 slabs of breast meat/ 4 drumsticks/ 10 chicken wings

Taste1:(oriental)

1) Take two table spoon of Soya Sauce

2) One table spoon of Oyster sauce

3) One tea-spoon of grounded pepper

3) One tea-spoon of pepper seeds

4) Two table spoon of wine (white wine would be best)

5) Throw them all into the meat and mix it up a bit.

6) Let it marinate for about 1 hour

7) Lay it on the grill and BBQ

Taste 2:

1) Squeeze 2 lemon and 1 lime

3) Sprinkle some pepper and salt on the fresh meat.

4) Lay them on the grill

5) When they are cooking, glaze the meat with the Lemon-lime juice

6) Sprinkle some italian herbs above the meat when serving and water it with a bit more of the lemon-lim

Taste 2 is highly appetising, so make sure you make sure you have either lots of chicken or you have other staple to fill your guests up.

These above two methods would probably be the easiest and the healthiest. Other option would then be to just go get BBQ sauce and use it. Not that good though.
