make them into chicken roll...mix the ground chicken with salt,pepper,1-2eggs,breadcrums,grated cheese,chopped meatloaf(i use spam but this is optional) and shape it into log.wrap with aluminum foil steamed til done..then dredge in flour and fry both sides til golden brown and slice..serve with catsup!its yummy!I need a main dish recipe using ground chicken....thanks?
try substituting ground chicken or turkey for beef in tacos, its actually pretty good or make burgers with it but add bbq sauce and spices to the meat for flavorI need a main dish recipe using ground chicken....thanks?
