preheat oven to 375 f. wash the chicken and season it with salt n pepper. leave the skin on to bake it as it leaves it more juicy that way. take the skin off after if you want.


You can also use shake n bake to coat it. You can marinade it in soy and italian dressing for an hour then bake it for 40 minutes to an hour depending on the weight.
Shake and Bake for chicken is really good...and easy!!
