Take a few pounds of tender skinless chicken breast strips, and rinse chicken off and then soak in a covered and sealed container of regular milk for a couple hours.





Preheat fryer or pot of oil to 375 and take the chicken from the milk and dip thouroughly in McCormicks Golden Dipt batter mix.





Carefully drop each piece into the fryer but only 1 layer thick. Roll the piece in oil until it is thoroughly browned slightly.
