I need to make a recipe for school using corn, chicken, barbeque sauce, kiwi, whip cream and mint...any ideas?

So i MUST use mint, corn, chicken, kiwi, barbeque sauce, and whip cream in 1 or 2 recipes. I have no ideas...but you cannot use anything as a garnish, there must be actual flavour from each ingredient. Any ideas on recipes? OH YEAH, you cannot use things as a sidedish %26gt;_%26lt;I need to make a recipe for school using corn, chicken, barbeque sauce, kiwi, whip cream and mint...any ideas?
if you cant use any seasoning or anything then as a cook here is what i recomend,

main course;

dice a chicken breast to nice bite size cubes and throw them into a skillet, add just a little bit of water so you dont burn the pan, once the chicken gets close to done, when its white on the outside, then add in the corn, once the corn is heated and firm and the chicken is done (dont overcook chicken) then add bbq into the pan and stir it in so it coats everything, its important not to drown it in sauce, just enough to cover it all. once the bbq sauce is heated then scoop it onto a plate and serve.

dessert;

simple, peel the kiwi and slice it thinly, overlap them and form a circle with them, if you understand, beat a little bit of mint into the cream to the point where you can taste it them scoop it into the middle of the kiwi.I need to make a recipe for school using corn, chicken, barbeque sauce, kiwi, whip cream and mint...any ideas?
WILL START BY PREHEATING OVEN TO 350, WITH CHICKEN BAKED AND BASTED WITH BBQ SAUCE,, IF THE CORN IS ON COB BUT IN OVEN WITH ALUMINUM PAPER AND ADD SALT BUTTER AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES IN OVEN.,,,,WHIP THE CREAM ,WITH A LITTLE SUGAR, SLICE KIWI, CHOP SOME MINT A LITTLE ADD ALSO APPLES AND 1 JUICE OF ORANGE LET SIT FOR A WHILE, SERVE COLD ,,NAMASTE
OK take the mint, kiwi, bbq sauce and mix into a sauce.

Dip / rub the chicken with whipped cream. Then roll in crushed corn or corn meal. Deep fry.

Use kiwi / bbq / mint as dipping sauce. YUM!
Hmm...I think you could easily combine the chicken, BBQ, and corn with a few other ingredients to make some sort of a stew or chili type dish. If you just added a few hardy ingredients like potatoes and spiced it up with some cumin/pepper/chili powder...it would probably be pretty good. Serve it over some white rice maybe?

For the kiwi, whipped cream, and pint, I think it would be pretty easy if you just made a pie of some sort. I think if you did something like a strawberry pie...and then blended the whipped cream, kiwi, and mint to make a frosting it would be pretty good. Strawberry and kiwi mix pretty well...so a kiwi/mint flavored frosting would probably work :)
