buy a whole chicken.throw it in the pot and boil until done.then use two forks to get all the chicken from the bones.chop up some celery if you want.chop into very small pieces about a handful of onions.put all these ingredients in a bowl add some mayo, salt and mix.
Once I made a chicken Cesar salad stuffed pita. It holds like a sandwich and its easy to make. All you have to do is grill some chicken breast then gather Caesar salad dressing, lettuce, Parmesan cheese and maybe some cherry tomato's. Mix up the salad, cut the pitas in half and stuff with the salad. Its sooo good!
Roast 3 chickens in oven.

Leave cool and then slice the meat ready for sandwiches.

Prepare salad, lettuces, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded carrot slices,

Prepare bread one layer is spread the other mayo spread.

Assemble cut and place in frig. ready.
I love southerngifts4u's recipe

I use the same but sub dried cranberries instead of the grapes

*boiled or canned chicken, drained and diced.

*mustard

*tons of mayonnaise

*chopped pecans

*diced onions

*seedless white grapes, cut in half

(Trust me...I've made it a thousand different ways and people BEG me to make this recipe.)--Go heavy on the pecans, the onions and the mayo. There should be enough mayo so it can't be ';scooped'; into a ball--it needs to be fairly loose.

If you don't like mayo, use softened cream cheese and a teeny bit of whole milk. (but this is not as good as the mayo.)
When I am in a hurry for chicken salad, I usually go to the store and buy the cans of white chicken chunks, much like the tuna for the tuna salad, and then I chop up a couple of onions, a couple of good pickles, sweet or dill, according to your preference, and add a dollop of salad dressing.
Canned chicken-cheap %26amp; fast, mayo, honey, mustard, garlic %26amp; pickels %26amp; onion.

Chop into fine peices and then mix with dressing. Simple, basic but tastes great.
