i have a package of lemon chicken sauce... it says first i need to mix the chicken chunks in 1 tbsp egg before dusting with corn starch and frying. i hate egg, and i don't have one either. is there something else i can use? i am assuming it helps the corn starch stick but i'm not much of a cook so i don't know what will work.Help with a lemon chicken recipe...?
