MARINATED GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS

4 chicken breasts

1/2 c. lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tsp. olive oil

2 tsp. pepper

2 tsp. tarragon

1 tsp. thyme

3/4 tsp. salt

Place the chicken breasts in large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Turn the breasts so they are coated with the seasoning mixture. Refrigerate the chicken in its marinade at least 1 hour, turning it occasionally. The marinade may be prepared ahead of time.

Make a few slices into thickest part of chicken breast, then marinate (several hours or as long as a day) in Newman's Own - Olive Oil %26amp; Vinegar dressing (or a similar brand) with a package of dry Italian salad dressing mix. Add black pepper and seasonings to taste. Grill about 15 to 20 minutes.
If you have cheese, bacon and ham, you could always make Chicken Cordon Blue. It is really tasty, but I'm not sure if it can be made in a George Foreman grill.

You could make chicken in a bbq sauce, or marinate it like the recipe suggested above.
grill them with salt and pepper, then heat up a soft taco shell in microwave add chicken mashed avocado and sour cream with lettuce and tomatoes on top and enjoy real easy and filling.
Marinade in some honey and teriyaki for about 60 minutes. (longer if possible)
